Collaborating for Success
AMRIT is a collective effort of 26 organisations from across Europe, bringing together unparalleled expertise and resources to drive marine research forward.
These 26 partners are organised hierarchically to show how AMRIT's ambition for the Marine Research Infrastructures (MRIs) landscape is materialising. The three ERICs and the five MRI projects, represented by their coordinating organization, are supported by the thirteen national organizations that are the main players in ocean observation operations. Copernicus' Marine and Climate services are the most direct users of AMRIT services that have become indispensable for Europe and will be able to validate AMRIT services for their own applications. And last but not least, three international organizations ensure the coherence of the whole with regard to European States, the European Commission and other EU entities, and beyond with the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO).
