A Scrum team operates in short, time-boxed iterations called sprints, typically lasting 2-4 weeks. The team, consisting of cross-functional members, collaborates on a prioritized *backlog of work, deciding what to deliver in each sprint. Daily stand-up meetings ensure communication and quick issue resolution, fostering an iterative and adaptive approach to product development.
Each sprint aims at delivering a usable material that can be tested and used by the users, who provide feedback for the next rounds. During the sprint, a daily meeting and strong commitment allow for quick and efficient progress. At the end of the sprint, a review and retrospective allow to validate the work done and establish ways to improve.
